Band Biography

"Some 15 years ago the OK band started life as a band of like minded mature individuals who, once they 'broke out' of the sweaty little rehearsal garage dedicated themselves to providing live party rock for charity events on the Costa Blanca, Spain."

As a consequence of lots of enthusiastic interest and enquiry as well as invaluable support and encouragement from our loyal following (sincere thanks to you all!), we expanded our horizons.

The founding members of the band were Terry, Co, Marlis and Orlando who initiated the idea in the late 90's.

Tony joined the Ok's in 2016 having played with various local bands and having met the Ok's at a joint gig with his band 'Freeway' in Pedreguer .

More recently the band has been augmented by the powerhouse on drums known as Rockit. 

This year (2023) Orlando and Marlis decided to retire from the band.

After extensive interviewing and auditioning, we now have an exciting new line up with Clair Parsons on Lead Vocals and Andrew Lysser on Bass Guitar.

It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of Tony. Tony and Sandie's wishes are that we carry on the good work of raising funds for local charities. Tony passed away on the 15th May 2024.

As well as continuing our charity work we now also offer a 'complete' musical package for any medium (100+) to large size event starting with a soft beginning (if appropriate) working up to a dance floor full 'lively party' end.

Whether a Wedding, a Corporate  or Charity event or a Private Party we will do all we can to ensure your guests wake up the next morning with sore feet and happy memories.
